    • A 3m x 3m “Walk-on-Package” comprises:
    • Exhibition walls (shell scheme), based on a 3m x 3m configuration
    • Fascia board – colour to be standard and co-ordinated with event branding
    • Company name on fascia (not logo, an average of 20 letters)
    • 15amp power point with a shared board
    • 1 x double fluorescent light
    • A table and 2 chairs per exhibitor
    • 2 full delegates

    Terms and Conditions

    • All exhibitors will be vetted by the Organizing Committee prior to confirmation.
    • A booking is provisional until full payment has been received.
    • Payment can be made by electronic transfer.
    • Cancellations will be accepted in writing only. A cancellation notice received by 30 August 2024 will entitle a reimbursement of 50% of the investment payment. No reimbursement will be possible after 30th August 2024
    • Please note that signing this document indicates the acceptance of these conditions.
    • Once an application has been made, an invoice will be generated and sent to you.
    • Investment options will only be confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received.
    • The outstanding balance is due by 30 August 2024.
