Overview
This masterclass equips participants with practical tools and proven frameworks to systematically diagnose performance challenges within their organisations. It focuses on building the capability to look beyond surface-level issues, enabling participants to analyse performance gaps with confidence and clarity. Through structured approaches, attendees learn how to assess individual, team, and organisational performance in a way that is both evidence-based and outcome-driven.
Participants will develop the skills to identify root causes of performance issues, distinguishing between capability, motivation, process, and environmental factors. The masterclass emphasises critical thinking and diagnostic techniques that help avoid common pitfalls such as jumping to solutions too early or relying on assumptions. By applying these methods, participants gain deeper insight into what is truly impacting performance and where interventions will have the greatest effect.
The programme also guides participants in designing effective and sustainable performance improvement solutions that are aligned to business objectives. It demonstrates how to translate diagnostic findings into targeted actions, ensuring interventions are practical, measurable, and strategically aligned. By the end of the masterclass, participants will be equipped to deliver performance improvement initiatives that drive meaningful results and support long-term organisational success.
