This masterclass takes between five and eight hours to complete. Delegates will receive access to the platform for two months and can complete the class at their own pace. On completion, delegates will receive a certificate of attendance and a digital credential to use on their LinkedIn profile.
Excellent managers and leaders recognise and value multiple perspectives. The most successful organisations embrace diverse individuals and build an inclusive culture. The best leaders recognise that they are programmed with unconscious and often unwarranted biases, which can impede their decision-making. Teams that function together yield better results and are more innovative.
Participants will develop critical skills to manage bias using the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) framework. This framework draws upon research-based findings to provide strategies for disrupting bias in individuals’ lives and organisations. By applying these research-based strategies, participants can recognise and manage bias in their interactions. Participants will cultivate self-awareness and increase their Cultural Intelligence to be more effective when working with diversity.
This masterclass is also available on an in-house basis.
