This category honors young HR professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership potential, creativity, and a commitment to driving positive change in the HR function. This esteemed award is given to gifted and high-potential HR professionals who have proven themselves to be excellent leaders with clear strategic vision and a dedication to bringing about positive change in the HR industry. The goal of this award is to recognise and honor young HR professionals who have a strong chance of becoming Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) in the future and who can have a substantial positive impact on their enterprises and the HR community.
