RECOGNISING & REWARDING EXCELLENCE IN PEOPLE LEADERSHIP

IPM believes that superior and excellent performance amongst business executives needs to be recognised and rewarded. Too often there are innovative and capable people, leaders in both the HR and general business communities whose efforts are to attract, engage, develop and retain people in business go unnoticed outside of their community.

The Institute of People Management (IPM) seeks to honour these people for two reasons. First, their effort in itself is worthy of recognition in making South Africa a better place to work. Secondly, these icons can offer best practice insights and act as role models to “lift the game” for South African enterprises as a whole.

It is for this reason that IPM has been recognising excellent performance from individuals and teams and presenting them with their prizes at the Annual Gala Dinner held each year at the IPM’s Annual Convention.
